Dr. Charles Cannady earned his PhD in clinical psychology from The Wright Institute in Berkeley. He specializes in anger management, domestic violence, conflict mediation, problem solving, substance abuse, cultural diversity, and sandtray-worldplay. He is an adjunct professor at Saybrook Graduate School and Research Center in San Francisco and is a faculty/academic advisor at Merritt College in Oakland.

He is a certified domestic violence facilitator, trainer, and consultant working with court mandated domestic violence groups in Alameda and Contra Costa County. He deepens this process by using sandtray-worldplay, and consults with educators, businesses, and organizations on the use of this multi-dimensional medium.

Dr. Cannady is a certified provider, diplomat, affiliate trainer, and executive coach to Anderson & Anderson. Dr. Cannady is also the former President of the Amercian Association of Anger Management Providers in California.
